Default The First Storm of 2010

We are having a real winter blast. It's been snowing for over 24 hours and there's 2 1/2-3 feet of snow down! I took the dogs to a nearby green area for a walk and took my camera along . I managed to get a few shots (well 27 to be specific) but then the camera started to get wet so I got worried and put it under my jacket, finished my walk and waded home. In the woods there wasn't much snow, it was all on the trees. To get to the woods I waded through a bank up to my thighs.

here are some. Still working on others (and deleting others as well).

I have decided that that's enough of winter. Can we have spring now please?

I like the look of the second shot looking up the trunk of the tree. It looks like a maze.

I agree. After having to shovel for an hour and a half last night I'm done!

    Great shots though, Bambi.
