I quite like the simplicity and light of this one MA!
Thanks Bambi
Another round of great shots the last couple of days. Hard to keep up. Great stuff, everyone.:clap::clap:
Strong shadow AntZ!
Nothing special, just the only shadow pic I had handy.
Ah ... self portrait shadow Bandit.
There's something big sticking off your head mate :)
From yesterday's drive...
This one was a bit funny. My 3yr old (small shadow) who always says after I take a photo, "Have a look?" was quite confused by what I showed him :)

That's a cool shot AntZ!
Great one AntZ!
Here's another one I caught this past weekend.

Thanks MA, Casil.
Nice one Casil. Is that the tower again in the BG? :)
That is a cool shot Antz, what are you holding in your free hand?
Nice shot Casil. The composition and rich colors are nice.
Yes..sigh....yes it is....it's like the Diana Ross of the Supremes...always trying to get it's mug in there and steal a bit of the limelight from the other players. :headslap:
I'm going to make up a game based on "Where's Waldo" but using the tower instead..
Btw...Thanks for the kind comments gang too.
Very cool shadow capture AntZ. It's amazing how interesting simple subjects can be. Well done - jimmy :)

Norwich Cathedral UK
Very nice image, CraigUK. Is that an HDR?
Hi Richard,
Nope it was a B&W conversion. I did however replace the sky with a slightly more dramatic one.
Thanks Buddy :)
Mad Aussie love your brush shot Gale
Casil, your picture forced me to (finally) look up the difference between a bison and a buffalo. Short answer is, they're the same thing in North America, and not quite the same thing as the ones in Africa and Asia. Nice shot, and nice statue. Do the kids rub its nose until it's shiny?
Hey everyone, seen some good ones so far, here is my best shot!

Here's some playing with PP and some boats:

I've been wanting to try this photo for a long time and got a chance last night. The World War I statue is in Central Memorial Park in Calgary, in front of an old sandstone building which is a public library. The plaque inscription, which is sharp in the original but has lost clarity in the flickr upload, reads:
To the imperishable glory of the men of this province who fought and died for their king and country in the great war 1914-1918
Erected by Col. Macleod Chapter I.O.D.E.

Took a spin around the Beaverdams area in Thorold today.
cool find EdG!
Thanks Richard.
Lots of cool captures folks - keep up the good work!
I guess shower curtains are good for something besides keeping the floor from getting wet.
