i bet the original pic was great. i love stumbling upon scenes like this in deserted areas. it's a little like finding the photographic equivilant of buried treasure to me..lol. the blurred glow is neat.

Very original and creative PS. That is an interesting style and approach that I could never imitate but find intriguing none the less.

Kiley - Excellent self-portrait. Love the blue tones and somber feel
TT - Very nice old car image. I might try to pump up the contrast a wee bit to see if it makes it pop any harder, but i still think it's a cool shot.
pslove - very interesting and playful shot. i love the fact that the subject is just standing there smoking.
This is definitely some severe manipulation - what do you think?
those electric ducks are AWESOME marko! :D
Yes, good description, Kiley. Seeing the position and movement of the legs adds a bit of unexpected humour to the "electric ducks". :)

lol. thanks. I had fun with it.
marko- i like the ducks. looks like you painted with light.
kiley- i missed that you had posted a self portrait. i like the colors you used. i look at the photo and my mind immediately assosiates it with the montreal jazz fest...::grin:: don't ask why..i have no idea...maybe the moodiness of it?
scorpio - thats a really funky window - i like how you kept some green in the leaves. and i really like the quote on the bottom of your post - i hate it when people see my pics and say 'wow! you must have a great camera!'.... grrrr!
Thanks for the compliment. The window was a QUICK grab shot taken on a tour at Hemingways house in the Florida Keys. The story goes that the lighthouse attendant would watch Hemingway's wife shower through this window.
I wanted to make this window with ghostly effect.
