Friend in low light

This is a buddy of mine, the only available light was a sixty watt lamp two feet to his left. ISO 6400 seemed to be the way to go. shot at 1/40th sec

Amazing considering the light and ISO.

I understand...First time for me last night!

THe secret is- close one eye aned you are good! Seems like that Nikon handles the high ISO pretty darned good!
