Okay here's the thing...
1. See that black thing at the bottom of that icy stream down there? yes...that'd be my lens hood!
2. See that guy bent over there? Yes the one in the "harley" shirt...that'd be my super extra special hunny knee deep in said icy stream retrieving my submerged lens hood.
3. There's the evidence of a couple of icy, cold wet legs and jeans AND shoes! He drove 2 hours home like that!
...what a guy!
