Late night jam session
In the living room. Hope you'll pardon the mess and the on-camera flash.

The mini-bagpipes are real, but the bag itself is damaged. So Mike played with the chanter instead. The other guy is David Brewer. Don't know that I said much about him in the last thread - he just moved back to Santa Cruz after 6 months in Edinburgh. He was passing through between a couple of Highland games and wanted to see Mike and the Warhawk. The 2 of them ended up piping in front of one of the P-40s (I don't know if it's on the museum's Facebook yet, but I can probably get a link if anyone wants to see). David's website is here:

Looks like they were having a good time. I hope the mini bag pipes are relatively mini in sound. :)

This kind of reminds me of my Tuesday lunches. Two of my colleagues at work play the pipes and they practice every week just outside my office window.

Yep, it was a fun but late night. I dragged into work the next day. Jas, I haven't heard the minipipes played, but the chanter isn't that loud. Asnow, do you have to keep the window closed? (kidding) What's their set list?
