Wooosh!
On St. Patrick's Day we do a huge private reception in which one member books the whole club. The reception is held on all three floors with various, bars, wine stations, and food stations throughout. Here, Francisco mans the flambe station. Prawns and Pernod are a divine combination! I caught a photo of him just as he was starting up and before the rush of the crowd started.
