Well must be in some sort of retro mode, I awoke with Almost Saturday Night the Dave Edmunds version in my head, then next was Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Refugee, then this song came to me, Tommy Tutone - 8675309 (Jenny) and now it appears Dire Straights - Sultans on Swing is on deck ....... I cannot recall the last time I heard most of these songs although I can even recall exactly where I was when I heard two of these songs the first time .........

Dave Edmunds, wow. I listen to him every so often, but don't know of anyone else who even knows who he is, much less also listens.
Lately, let's see, I popped in some Bobby Darin, Warren Zevon and Neil Young. Not sure what today will hold though.

Bobby Darin is one artist I really like and always have, I was just listening to Warren Zevon as part of my retro morning with my favourite song of his Boom Boom Mancini.

Same here. I remember listening to my mom's Bobby Darin records when I was but a wee child. and Neil Young. Zevon though took my husband to introduce me. I think my favorites are Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead and Desperadoes Under the Eaves.
