I like it too. I also like intentionally slow shutter speeds to project motion at times, and this was IMO a good subject for this treatment.

I'm definitely liking it as well. And I agree ... occassionally this sort of thing works very well ... as it has right here!
I like this one TT.
You may ALSO want to try this with flash with a shutter speed of 1/8 or 1/15
That way you'll get some sharpness on the man while keeping the movement.
