    Nice capture, but I'm not sure I'm overly fussed about the treatment. I'd like to see the overall exposure dropped by about 1/3 stop, and the faces perhaps as much as 2/3s. Was this a direct-flash image?

    Here they are with 'normal' processing. I went and got the Gary Fong Cloudsphere as recommended by Mchaelaw. Just figuring it out still. The biggest problem I have with it though is lens flare and I can not find the @##$% lens hood for that particular lens. :(

    I have another flickr site that I use to post photos that I take at the Club for the members and this is the one there. The above is for my own learning-playing-arty use.

    Interesting treatment indeed. Almost a 'High Key' effect.

    I think the photo's success lies with it's intended use in this case.
