I like everything about this one. Composition is spot on and I love the moody feeling. Well done:)
Looks like a nice farm scene. And a slight HDR merge as well?
I like the composition although it appears to be cropped either top or bottom. If it's off the bottom I might be inclined to put that back in to balance the photo a little more.
It would seem the technique here has really softened the shadows up but I think a little too much creating a low contrast effect. If possible I think I'd add some of that contrast and shadow back in.
I like the 'lacy-ness' of the trees. :)
