I really like the comp and the juxtaposition of the new and old. I do find it just a tad flat or perhaps a bit underexposed.

The back lighting was tricky with the building on the right being too bright and the other two being back lit only. Here is a re-edit:

I like the re-edit. Much better in my opinion.
