Still Life- Fly Fishing
http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6060/...a9a64b5e_b.jpg
Shot this with a Mamiya m645 with Ilford HP5 Plus 400 iso using a f2.8 80mm lens using continuous light (decided to try lighting it without using speedlights)
Film was developed in Ilfosol 3 for 6.5 minutes, negatives were scanned with a Canoscan 9000f, imported in to Lr 3.5

Lovely still life and nice tones in the B&W.

Wonderful image. Unfortunately, it reminds me that I have enough unused fly fishing equipment laying around, that if sold, I could buy a D3X.
Again, I enjoyed this shot.

Nice shot. The light makes it feel like it's 4:00am and you're packing up to head to the lake! :)

Very nicely done. Now I want to see a picture of the fish you caught.

Thanks asnow, funny thing is I rarely took a camera when I was fishing (mainly used a cell phone since I had to carry it with me at all times).

Love still life photography in general -- I really like what you did here! Job well done!
