Manhattan Bridge

Thought that this would be interesting attempt at contrast, perspective, and framing.

Looks very good on all accounts I'd say! I like the Empire State Building (?) nicely framed under the arch there.

Thanks for the responses everyone. Yes Marko, if you have more specific comments or possible improvements you are welcome to share. I would like to make a large print of this one.

Ok then - in that case I might play with (dodging) bringing out a bit more shadow tones in the darkest black areas perhaps 10-15% (if possible) on the left side of the image. I might do the same on the right side by about 5-10% or more in the deepest blacks. For me, the street areas appear just a bit too dark, I think the image might benefit if there were a hint more street detail.
I might also crop the top by about 1/2 inch as that might accentuate the sloped 'ornaments' at the very top of the bridge. Hope that might help and it's just an opinion - Marko

Loving the comp on this one. Framing the bridge tower with the buildings and then the building with the bridge tower. Excellent!
