Nice social commentary! The man is good, although perhaps his face could be a little clearer. Plus he is dressed a lot better than his UK counterparts :) There's also rather a lot of the dark area in the centre of the frame which doesn't seem to contribute anything.

I would consider tidying it up a bit by cropping off the railings at the top, down to the top of the 'R'. It will leave only a partial 'starbucks' but still enough so everyone will know what it is.
