Thanks :) the guy in the last one is a real estate agent, as you drive past him he shouts through your window to try and sell you a house! the sign gives the price. There are loads of these guys around downtown Guangzhou (where property is booming)

Interesting set, I really like the two sitting on the bench with the umbrella.
