Civilian planes

First one is a Decathlon. 180 horse power acrobatic plane. Fabric covered, metal structure, 2 seater. All around good plane. Mike used to fly them, back when radios had tubes and dinosaurs ruled the earth.

And these are of a Piper Cub J-3. Everybody's favorite yellow airplane. Mike flew those too. Lots of fun, but don't be in a hurry to get anywhere.

I rebuilt several of each of those, did my first Cuban Eight in a Super Decathlon, good memories.
