Wonderful design in this shot. The natural wood panaling is really nice too. Not too sure about the bright white area... the bright areas are what attracts the eye.. I would try to tone it down a touch. I realize we don't always have the choice of what is going to be part of an image. What kind of a building were you shooting in?

That's what I was getting but couldn't identify it...Yin, Yang is exactly what I was subliminally reminded of. It's a cool shot :thumbup:

Thanks...personally I like the bright white part...it draws my eye into the photo and offsets the curves and the black....I like the yin yang reference also so thanks for that. :)
This was a stairwell in a new hotel built in Calgary...security was kind enough to let me shoot it prior to inviting me for a personal tour of the hotel....wow...really nice...and seriously upscale.....like nothing Calgary has seen before.:)
