oh man we're a tiresome lot aren't we? Was in an exceedingly ugly park yesterday, but found a few things that weren't.

it's raining again today so there's bound to be more of these excessively greeny shots to come. might even be spring lambs in a few days, too. Am visiting a farm Sunday.

I'm impressed with #2. I've found it quite difficult to make a tangle of branches interesting but you managed to do it here. Nice work!

I like shot 2 as well. Such delicacy.

Really beautiful shots--that second one is really nice.

Thanks you guys.
The second shot almost didn't happen, there's a wide turn in the trail along the riverbend and I was caught by the sight of a huge tree that went over in the last big storm...massive root system all exposed, then I shot a glance over my shoulder toward the inside corner of the bend and there it was. Beautiful dark pink/red against the water. I went back.

Very nice WD. As everyone else has said, no. 1 really seems to pop right out at ya', love it.

thanks HBG, new leaves are notoriously hard to get right. I keep trying.
