The Atlantic coast of Cornwall #1

Would like your thoughts on this image please.

Widemouth Bay, Cornwall, England.

This one isn't working for me primarily due to the foreground which looks quite dark on my monitor. That foreground takes up a large part of the image but it's not so interesting to my eye. It's also not sharp enough to my eye. For me the better potential drama here is the possible interaction between wave and rock, but I'm just not seeing it. I can hear it....though. You are very close. This shot mat have worked better in landscape orientation.
