I went over to the train depot (http://www.cityofboise.org/Departments/Parks/Reservations/ReservableSites/BoiseDepot/) on Wednesday, just to try something different. I thought I'd just figure out how to get in and out (I knew the streets wouldn't allow me to go out the same way I got in), look around to see what there was, maybe get a few pictures of the outside of the building, Big Mike, that sort of thing. So naturally, I got a ton of photos, most of them of a heron that hangs out next to the koi pond. I'll post a few of those separately.

Hmm, I can see I need to start making my pictures a bit smaller. Here's some of the donor bricks.

And last but not least, what's a trip to a train depot without a picture of a train?

Cool stuff. Who would have thought that the train depot would be a southwestern, Spanish type design in Boise? That is interesting in and of itself. I like the bricks as well. Calgary did similar for the Olympics and of course the old train engine is cool too. :)
Nice set..for me I like #1! :)
