Hello!
As my not-so-cryptic user name might suggest, my name is Alex Wilson.
I'm mainly interested in art photography, with most of my work being figure/nudes. I've been taking pictures since I was a little kid, but have been more "serious" about photography for 5+ years now.
I've got shared studio space, and to help pay the bills I do some model portfolio development on a regular basis with a local agency, as well as the occasional headshot/portrait session.
I've got nearly two thousand images up on my site (http://alexwilsonphoto.com/), so if you want a quick intro to my stuff just start with this gallery (http://alexwilsonphoto.com/gallery/showcase/showcase3/) to see some recent favourites.
I've self-published two books through Blurb (http://www.blurb.com/user/store/Alex+Wilson)
I enjoy teaching and talking about photography -- I was very active in the local photography club until our daughter arrived on the scene :)
In the winter, my work was featured in a "Bodyscape" article in the UK Digital Photographer Magazine.
Any other questions, just ask!
This is one of my all-time favourite images:
