I was struggling with this a little but in the end I think it came out alright. Also I changed my permissions on flickr so let me know if it is not showing up at about 1000 X 700.

You've set a nice mood to the shot!
The only thing I might consider here is a bit of a dodge (maybe 10-15%) on the buildings at mid-left.

It's a really nice composition JAS.
That little tree sneaking into the corner really helps to set distance across the water to the city. I like that.

I agree with Marko that some more detail in those darker buildings might help in this case.

The colour balance is a bit strange here though. The clouds are quite white, as is the suns light ... but the ice and water areas are quite sepia/yellow. I find that to be a bit of a conflict to my eyes. I think I'd be layering this one up and making that bottom section more white myself.
