Looking up at a skyscraper downtown. Any preferences over the BW compared to the colour?

I'd much rather look down at a skyscraper uptown...

:P

I think the colour version of this provides more visual impact than the monochrome. I like the way this is done and the effect it gives; a shame that the centre has a strip of blown/nearly blown highlights, but aside from that, well done.

I would almost pick the colour version here for the reason TI mentioned BUT I'm going for the B&W for 2 reasons. 1 it hides the blown out areas better and 2 ... it hides the shading in the clouds that the HDR left.

I like the B&W better but I have to admit that neither photo really grabs my attention. Just not sure about this one Casil (for me anyway). :sorry:

A very great perspective. And I would prefer the coloured one.

This is a very odd filter you put here, but the black n white option suits better I guess.

Both photos are very striking to my eye and i really like this interesting angle. I too prefer the B/W by a hair...

It's just an HDR....that's about it other than some vibrancy teaking in post and the BW conversion, not much else.
