I quite enjoyed your pix. I particularly like the translucent nature of the effects allowing us to see what the subjects look like rather then, arguably, who they really are or rather what the subjects represent via your masked effects. Photography, as a medium, does not empower or enrich the spectator. Photography, as a medium, should (when done properly) alter the spectator's perspective. Your photographs allow the spectator to indulge in self-examination while presenting a relatively benign image. Thank you.
