I definitely prefer the whiter version over the blue one as it appears better exposed.

I like both versions. My eye spends more time on the focal point in shot 1 tho. I'd burn the bottom and some of the top of shot 2 by 10-15%. It might also have been cool to have maybe 1 of the lights on - just a thought.
