I recieved this via e-mail and am trying to determine whether to take it or not. The good news is that it's in my area :).
Have you tried these Iggy?

I have not met EBB, BUT I know his work and have spoken to him on the phone years back - friendly dude back then. Some of his older work is here on this site.

Interesting. No, I haven't taken any of them but I know a couple of people at work who took a course through Henry's. This is probably it. They enjoyed it as far as I know.

I think it would be worthwhile. Sometimes listening to someone else's ideas, knowledge, enthusiasm will just gi ve you an 'Eureka' moment and things just click in your brain.

I think as long as you feel like you know your camera well enough a course will be worthwhile for sure. IF not wait a while until you are more familiar with the Nikon.

good advice everyone thanks. MA, this course won't be until spring (so April/May). gives me time to learn more and more. At least that's the plan :)

Follow up!
Went shooting lunch time today with one of the fellas, Dean, that took his course here in Halifax. He loved it. He said Eric made himself available via email/phone between classes. It forced you to get out and shoot and then go through a critique in the next class with the other students.
One day, just for Dean, Eric showed up 30 minutes early to go over all the different tripods that Henry's had for sale. There was no commitment made to buy from Henry's but they offered him a 15% discount and he ended up buying one anyway. Good salesmanship! :D
Overall, he would recommend it to anyone who was thinking about it.
