You were close. Some how the from [ IMG ] delimiter is missing.

You just click on the yellow "landscape" icon and paste the image url in the dialog box that appears. There is more info here (http://www.photography.ca/Forums/f11/dahlia-4932.html#post31252) on how to post images.

I like how the stools are arranged and how the lighting changes in this image.
