Oh, I'd crop it a little so the church is right in the center of the picture. It's a little off now.

Not bad for a straight on view. It shows us the height nicely due to the perspective.

The image looks a little over-exposed to me though and therefore lacks a little contrast. I'd be upping that a little.

It's slightly less sharp than it could be I think ... but that could be due to the image size and how the compression works here when you attach a file as you have.

For me, this is very striking and I like it, however, the branches in the upper left are a bit distracting. It would have been good to leave them out of the frame or to get rid of them in post processing.

Hi Russ,

It's okay for a straight on shot but it's not that exciting for me. Perhaps if the lighting was more interesting. I agree on increasing sharpness and leveling. Hope that helps - Marko

well there's this. It was mid-day when I took the photo's, I would really like to return when the sun is lower in the sky. I reduced the exposure in ACR by 1/3 stop and ran an unsharp mask & high pass filter.

This version is better than the last :highfive: Could still use some leveling though, but I do see that too much cropping would result if it were correctly leveled.

Thanks for the comments, it's given me some insight into my composition. (any one have a spare 10-20mm they're willing to give away ;) )

Don't bother asking Casil ... hers never leaves her camera from what I can see :) ( I can talk ... mine spends a lot of time on mine as well :) )
