It was a great day and I wanted to see how to use the color and get a different view.

Here are 3 pictures, which one give the best feel and brings you into the picture.

Number one is the most interesting from a composition point of view. It causes my eye to follow the boardwalk to the horizon and then pan across the cityscape which is an effect I really like. My only complaint would be that it looks like your focus was 5 feet in front of you whereas I would have preferred the focus to be on the cityscape in the background and also the waterfront should be leveled.

I completely agree with Iguanasan on this one! But want to add I love the blue of the water and sky. Very nice to get the depth of colour on these.

Starting to play more with the depth of field more now.

Yep I'm going with shot 1 as well. A little sharper on the city and it would be a very nice shot. As Ig said it does direct us along the boards to the city.
