Exposure looks very good.
Looks like it was windy due to the blur in the flowers and trees.

I like the curved lines in the pavers leading toward the center of the photo.
At the far right we can see the foot of the bollard which is a bit distracting, cropping that out might have been a good move.

I think for me the photo lacks any real interest. There's nothing in it particularly that grabs my attention. An older building or one with more vivid lights might have given that interest.

The angle of attack here isn't too bad (shot off the corner of the building) but I find it less creative than it could have been. A lower angle ... a higher angle ... zoomed further back to show more of a street scene ... moving right up to the chain and using that as foreground interest, or something along those lines would have strengthened this I believe.

Hey Rule of thirds,

My first instinct might be to crop into or vignette the right side. Then I'd bump up the the contrast in the front window and in the foreground. There also looks like there maybe a greenish cast.

Instinct 2 would be to add a heavy crop from the bottom upward to just below the post in front of the tree. I think that might add a cool perspective dynamic.

I agree with Mad Aussie--overall the shot is pretty, but I just don't have anything to focus on, so my eye is wandering all over the place. Looks like a great place to have a drink and people-watch, though.

Thanks! You're all saying the same thing. While there's nothing technically wrong it lacks focus. I need a couple of people sipping wine in the window. I think that would make it.
