These little rapids are starting to form on the creek now...they look really neat and I hope I did them justice.....

I like them both! that water looks so cold! Glad that we are not in the ice-forming stage yet.

Thanks bambi and Ig...yes it was pretty chilly out this morning. I would have got more shots but the batteries froze up so I had to pack it in! Gotta start bringing backups I guess. :wall-an:

I agree, I find the B/W MUCH stronger.
I prefer the second colour shot to the first...but neither touches the B/w imo.

The B/W gives you the full feeling of the setting, without distracting you with details. The second colour one is excellent, as well - but the details of the surroundings may be slightly distracting to the mind. I do feel that the first colour one really speaks to me, though.
