Guinness is good for you, it's more like a meal. It's the only beer my wife likes to drink.

when I posted it was more like 11 here. which is a tad early but not too bad. besides a guinness is more like a meal. :o

LOL, I was going to post this yesterday as it happened:

Here I sit my wife has just come home from her run, it's -10C outside and she went for a 25 Km run, nothing unusual there. Now the sound of the tube being filed comes from our room, yes an nice bath after a run, I can relate. The familiar sound of ice cubes hitting the bottom of the tub a she dumps two pounds of ice in WTF :eek:

Yes this is her routine, running drains the brain of blood I swear, there is no other explanation.
