Cotton is not the King it once was in our part of the South, but it’s making a comeback as of late. More and more fields that would have been planted in soy beans or corn are now planted in “King Cotton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Cotton)”.

I don't know if this is sunrise or sunset, but the color is just super. I can imagine the fields of this back when cotton was really king. What a view to sit on a porch and look out over this !
