My Shrink said I should post at least twice a week whether I had anything worth posting or not. So you guys are going to have to bear with me on this.

This is the old Owens-Corning Fiberglass plant in Aiken. SC. It been there since the early sixties and has changed very little over the years. It’s been said that everyone remembers where they were when they heard of Kennedy’s assassination, and I do. I also remember that I was in my early twenties and just coming off a day shift at “the glass plant” the day everyone learned of Elvis’s death. I hope I never have to work there ever again. Itchy job.

A lot of the glass fibers manufactured there goes into the making of fiberglass insulation we see advertised with a famous cartoon character as their trademark. Hence, a title of The Pink Panther

The shapes, colors and light against the pitch black sky looks pretty cool. Cool story as well. :)

Thanks, casil.

You guys know I was only teasing about the Shrink, right? For the record, posting and viewing here gets me something I couldn't buy on a leather couch.
