I have that exact card for my Nikon D300 in a 8gb flavour, and it's been good. There are faster cards out there, and there are slower too. I usually try to go by the class rating, where a class 6 (or higher if it exists) is fastest. I hope I'm right on this. I couldn't for the life of me find the class rating on these Kingston Elite Pro cards, but my guess would be a class 4. Put it this way, Kingston is a high end brand, it's their elite pro series which is good, but it's 133X speed and there are already 266X and up cards out there. Kingston has an ultimate series. For me, I rarely shoot fast sports or anything that needs blistering speeds, nor am I ever frustrated by poor upload speeds, so it's been a great card for the price in my opinion.

What F8&Bthere said is true. Kingston is a great manufacturer of memory products. I have owned several different kingston memory products including SD Cards, USB memory keys and PC RAM, and I have never regretted it. I have even washed and dried my USB keys several times without incident. That being said if you are looking for speed 133x is not it. You want faster, like 266x or 300x at which point you need to look at Lexar or SanDisk and expect to pay at least double. I have a SanDisk Extreme III CF card and it is fast. It is so fast that my fps increased by 20% when I started using it. I also paid near to $100 for a 4gig when I got it a year ago. So the choice is yours, speed over known reliability.
