Be patient with me please....I took these shots tonight, and was hoping that one might turn out to be good enough to print. There are going to be an excess number of images here but if you could give me an idea of which ones you like the best. No critiques necessary unless you feel compelled by one or two images. Input is welcomed as well, but not necessary. If none work for you, let me know. I am partial to a few but question whether or not they are really keepers or not. Dont be shy.....Thanks again!

Sorry about putting so many of them up. These are the joys of photography I guess.

I'm kinda digging #2 mostly for the composition of the lone pin flag all by itself and the clubhouse cropped in a bit tighter than the other images.
Kinda gives it a sense of loneliness out there in the dark..."Where have all the golfers gone?" is the story I'm feeling...(reminds me of the old Ikea commercial with the old light that gets punted to the rainy, dark curb and is looking in on the brand new light through the window....love tha commercial, but I digress)!
The B&W totally works too here IMO. I find some noise in the colour images and the light stars detract from what I think you are going for in your image.
Hope that helps!:)

Hmmm .. .tough call ...
Appealing to me are ...
2 - the strong shadows in the bunkers just seem to work with the brightly lit flag, green and club house
4 - Again the strong shadows work for me. They are a stark reminder of the darkness that lies beyond the safety of the clubhouse. The well lit green and tree are also a feature for me as is the clubhouse itself with reasonably sharp starbursts.
9 - I would have chosen 8 if the noise wasn't so evident as the blue really jumped out at me. The B&W (9) managed to retain much of the appeal though.

#3 I would like to see in selective color maybe.

#2 is my favourite. The clubhouse lights are not overpowering the scene and the composition works for me.

Last shot in post 1 is my fave. The bottom of the shot looks a bit too shadowy (but hey it's night) but I still like it!

I really like #1. I would give it a different crop though.

Well, thanks for everyones input. I now no clue which one I find more appealing. Since everyone seemed to like a different image, none of them seemed to be the one I picked. In fact, the ones I disliked the most are the ones you guys liked the best.

Yes, this was a hard pick, I like 3 and 8 (even tho the noise in the sky) and the black and white of these shots. well done.
