So this is my nephew Harry.
I hope this treatment is appropriate to the subject, but also suspect there is too much post here for some tastes. Thoughts?
Wow..now that is a collection if I've seen one! :) I think it's cute! I don't mind the soft tones. The only thing I would have to say is I find it hard to see (not the right word) the toys in the middle. I don't know if it's because there are so many, the reflection or what.
A great capture of what boys do best! :)

Nice idea, but seems to bright because the glare off the table and the background with all different textures are too distracting. Your nephew's face looks great but in all I think that bright shiny reflecting table just is too much and also the kitchen cabinet is just too distracting.

Agree with A.L. on the bright cabinet, it's a distraction that should be burned in.
It's a very interesting treatment and the boy looks good and entertained. The 'treatment' and background don't mesh with the modern toys though imo....still I find the shot interesting.

It's a great concept. There are a lot of element to keep you eyes busy which is a positive in the way you set it up.
The cabinets as mentioned already are a bit distracting. I find my eyes drawn to his forehead. It could be the highlights. I might work on the skin on the forehead a bit.
I like the treatment. It almost has a Polaroid feel

Agree; great image. I really like the treatment here, very well executed, BUT the highlight on the cabinet does need to go.
