We've had both luck - she with her next meal. I am with catching this photo ;):

The mouse though, ran out of luck. :eek: Good capture given the harsh light.

Nice shot...I'm wondering though if she ate it? Most cats I know will bring it home and drop it on the floor theoretically as their contribution to the household food bill if you will. They are for sure very effective natural hunters. As an aside, I always assumed domestic cats were bred from larger cats, turns out they were, and are, a breed unto themselves who domesticated themselves and apparently it would only take two generations for them to revert back to their wild state.

Yes, this one she ate! Well, I grant it her - because all gardens here have a low mouse population therefor :-).
