This one was converted from colour. I'd love some honest feedback.
Thanks!

I am not sure whether it is intentional or not but your wide angle lens has distorted the body making the left hand side including the shoulder, chest, hand and face look larger than the right hand side of the body. The framing seems rather tight as well.
If you are trying to get the look of a clay sculpture or figurine then I would be inclined to continue texture work in postprocessing either smoothing or giving the body more surface clay-like detail and make the eyes look more "sculpted". I would even consider putting a "glaze" on the sculpture post-processing wise that is. The hair also needs pp to give it more of a clay embossed sort of look too.
Your current shot is an interesting style and look but the viewer is left not quite sure what you are trying to accomplish.

I agree with tegan about the wide angle lens. It looks very odd with the distortion. The distortion doesn't give it a natural look. Overall I like the mood of the picture.

On my screen the contrast looks good. The contrast is soft, but in a good way. The subject stands out from the backround well too. I'm not sure but the eyes might contrast a little too strong with the rest of the face. Good luck!

The contrast seems fine on mine too. If I may add something too, the clothes make it look too much like a person covered with clay rather than a clay statue or sculpture. I would experiment in postprocessing to try and match the top closer in colour and texture to the clay and perhaps soften the edges of the shoulder straps for example to make them look a little "sculpted".
