I really like the 2nd, 3rd and 4th shots.

I really have nothing to say as critique I don't think. These are really good.

If I nitpick I could maybe suggest the last shot was cropped so that piece of her hair that's 'above' (to the right as we look) her head is cropped through to match the fact her body is cropped also. Not sure if that makes sence and as I said ... nitpicking entirely.

Great shots.

.....
Yep, 2,3 & 4 are great.
Maybe a bit of glamour blur to 2 & 3 to hide some skin imperfections.

You need to get some more facial expression from her, and her skin tone was... greenish?

Doesn't look green on my screen, her skin was more yellow than anything. She is a new model and doesn't do extremely well with her expressions.

Sure we always got somethin' to say :)

Shot 1- Not crazy about this pose. the model looks stiff here, a 45 degree angle would have looked better imo
Shot2 - an interesting pose, sexy. The eyes could be just a bit brighter and sharper (they are quite good already though)
shot3 - My fave of the lot. Model looks great. eye brightness quite good, eye sharpness very good.
Shot 4 - has a very sexy feel to it. Model looks good eyes are sharp (though the model's left eye looks like it has an eyelash/dust in it) maybe the cropping at left is a bit tight.

Hope that helps - Marko

Glamour blur improves both shots imo - Nice.
This does not look green at all on my monitor....

No green cast here, and the glamblur works like a charm. Nice job!

Thanks all for ur critques. I love using the glamour blur, my model photos look so much better with it. It was really hard to get an expression from her, she just didn't smile or do anything, just normally a blank looking expression. She is a young model, only 17, so she'll learn as she goes along and get better with her expressions.

Marko - Yea I thought she looked a bit stiff also, I didn't choose that pose either. We were working in partners that lesson. Yes she has an eye lash in her eye, i'll try clone it out.

Tomorrow my course is doing a weekend, day session with two model, girl and boy. We will be learning how to pose couples. This one is outside next to water and a a jetty I believe, so no studio lights, natural lighting and flashes. It will be a great lesson and I hope to get some good couple shots for you all to critque for me :p
