This is sounds like fun! I've written to the closest community to me (2.5 hours away) to see if they'll let me join them for that day!


Was going to see if they would let me have a group up here but I'm not that great on leading people. :(

We had over thirty participants in ours for the city of Columbia, SC last year, and we're hoping for fifty this year. One of our members received an award of some kind in recognition of one of her submissions from last years walk.

Well. I requested to see if I could run one. I got accepted (lol..I don't know how) and now I am running a walk in Red Lake Alberta Canada...waitt.....I live in Ontario! I tell yah..if things seem to come too easy..there is a reason! :)

Hoping we can get that fixed and do this!

The Vancouver one is full. I just sent a group mail to a few people suggesting we do one anyway, at the same time. Anyone here in Van who would like to join us (so far it's just me) maybe send me a PM.

I signed up for the Calgary-Kensington walk. the downtown one is full.
The Calgary-Kensington one has room for 37 more people if anyone from Calgary is interested.... :)
