View Full Version : Big Rigs
I spent most of last week working on a mine site out of town. This was a truck which bought in one of the ingredients that go to make up the explosives used to move the top layer of dirt. I liked the bright colours.

This truck brings in the other ingredient.

Hope they don't travel together. A collison could ... shall we say ... go off with a bang?
Certainly nice and bright trucks.
Open pit I would assume! Nice!
Thanks all.:thankyou:

For some reason I've always preferred Kenworths, all the other boys were in to Mack trucks, but not me.

:laugh:From this site the ingredients actually travel to the bench together in the "Bomb Trucks" in separate sections, and then mixed as they put it in the hole. Don't know what those blokes get paid, but its not enough.

Yes, we call it Open Cut. There is cerainly a rather large hole in the ground.
These tucks are small compare to these ones. A normal car is smaller than one of the wheels!
