From the Side

I went for a city walk this afternoon, and since our days are getting shorter it was almost dark by the time I finished. I noticed this statue outside a church with some interesting lighting. I wish I had taken some shots from the front as it was dramatic side lighting. My composition was partly decided by where I was able to find somewhere to steady the camera for slow shutter speed.

I have darkened up the background a bit, but the lighting was really highlighting the statue, so it was already quite dark.

I like the lighting here as well. looks like 90 degree? would not mind seeing that light from the front as well although I do like the side view.
