I remember this one well. It was the very first assignment that I participated in after joining the forum. I still like that photo today. I was so encouraged by the positive feedback it gave me quite a bit of confidence in my photography.
This afternoon I went out with 50mm lens only, with exposure compensation set at +3 . I quite liked the look of these overexposed shots with afternoon sun on some statues.

Double exposure works pretty good for this assignment.

Broke my heart to leave that top row of windows out, but I only had one camera and lens with meand not enough room to get it. So I went back with a different rig. First shot is an in camera double exposure with a Sony a6500 and a Nikkor 35-70 2.8. This second one is from a D800 with a Nikkor 16-35 f4 and its a tripple exposure from the camera. Both were processed using Nik's Capture NX2, Coloreffex and the pro contrast filter, and a white vignette.

Model is Josian Mutangampundu. Shot in studio in preparation for creating a video about posing in a short dress.

Good choice for subject matter RM - works for me
Barefoot - wonderful play - I actually had a similar thought....(combining multiple exposure w/overexposure). Nice!
Mbrager - I like it...but for me, in this context - why did you choose a frame with closed eyes?

Fair question. Josian had wanted to shoot some video clips outside and then wanted to shoot in the studio. Because of the white on white, I was adjusting the exposure with a few test shots. She always wears amazing make up that she does herself. The first post was the first of the test shots. The second test shot is a little less overexposed, but her eyes are open. Of course it's easy to overexpose in post, but these are straight out of the camera except for removing a stand leg that snuck into the picture.

Thanks for posting the set wit the eyes open which have a MUCH greater impact.
Nice casual play with a striking model
