Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photowalk 2017 (http://worldwidephotowalk.com/)

It's the ten year anniversary so I suppose you could say it was PHOTO WALK X. (Iphone reference ) Calgary has two this year. One in the morning, one in the afternoon. Is it cheating to do both? It's a fun thing to do on a Saturday and it's surprising the photos you can pull out of your hat. It's only a few weeks away so c'mon and get yerself registered!

Thanks for putting this up. I had received a notification a few weeks ago about the date of the walk, but there were no walks in Calgary at the time. I briefly considered leading a walk, but realized it would be quite time consuming to organize. So I'm surprised that this is suddenly organized, not once but twice, by two different people. I can't attend in the evening, so I registered for the Downtown walk starting at 9 a.m. I think it would be okay to register twice and you can have two entries. Are you going to shoot with your Leica like last year? It's always a dilemma for me to choose just one photo, but I'm excited for the opportunity to use my 70-200 on the street.

I signed up for the morning one as well as it was the first one posted. i hope they get lots of people to join. Not sure if I will bring the Leica or not. I was thinking I should bring the Nikon as all it had been doing is event photography so it could use a creative switch. :) Look forward to seeing you Mike on our once a year photo meet up!

Some cool shots JAS. My favourites are "up and down" and "black and white"

Thanks guys! Now I have to decide which one to enter in the contest. I was thinking either 'High Wire" or "Up and Down?" I admit I am prejudiced towards "High Wire" because the Bow is prominently in the background. Please help choose if you will.

It was fun to hang out with you for a while on Saturday. Your shots are great. I like "Up and Down" the most for the looks of the three workers, one looking left, one right and the third up. Good visual story telling. And The Bow is in the shot anyway.
