Cold but worth it. I discovered hand warmers for inside my gloves. This is a 5 shots taken with a CP filter, HDR processing.

I like it mb. Nicely processed too.

I quite like this comp mbrager but for a 5-shot HDR, it could sing much louder imo. Needs a contrast boost and a hint of burning imo.
Since you are okay w/edits, here's a 3 minute edit. Hope this may help and of course feel free to reject.

I like Marko's edit, but just as an observation it also highlighted some chromatic aberration that I didn't notice the fist time around (most visible to me on the 2 larger trees on the right)

I do like the extra contrast and brightening. However Marko's edit to me seems just a tad over processed.

I like this one as Marko edited. Reminds me of a spring day actually, with the suns muted rays, and the water actually open. (nothing but ice here)

Thanks for the comments, and especially Marko, for taking time to do a thoughtful edit. I like the way the HDR process makes the picture looks sometimes, but ultimately there is often one photo from the set that has better exposure and can create a better image with more accurate color and contrast. The water here is close to freezing and has different qualities than the usual flowing water in the river, which is what attracted me.
