Don't have too many wildlife pics. The one of the duck is taken at Takysie Lake south of Burns Lake, BC, the one of the deer (I have 2 of a deer, maybe I'll post them both and you can feel free to vote on which deer pic you like better) was taken on Telkwa High Road between Morice Town and Telkwa, BC, the geese was taken on the telkwa high road, and the loon was taken at Round Lake, just outside of Telkwa, BC.

Picture of the loon was a total fluke, and my favorite deer pic out of the 2 is the first one.

Cool set Steven really like the sharpness in 1 and 2 though Compositionally, shot 3 is my fave of this set.
I do have a couple of additional comments; but you have the no critique selection chosen.
if you'd like me to make the comments let me know.
Thanks for sharing the set.

A nice set - number two and four, especially.

Yes #1 is a bit out of focus. #2 may call for a bit more contrast if that can be your stile.
Keep going, don't stop!!!

Some nice images there Stephen. Number 2 is my favourite for sure. The colours are great. I too have a suggestion if you want it?

I have reset my critique so anyone who wants can send me their comments. #2 doesn't have a whole lot of contrast because it was taken either in the fall or winter (assuming what ewaizel was referring to? Yes, any comments or suggestions to make my pictures better will always be appreciated.

Changing you profile to allow for critique isn't too intimidating, as everyone here is pretty constructive and not too brutal.

The thing that I noticed was the straightness in a couple of the shots. The trees in number 2 are leaning to the left. If this was straightened up a bit I think the image would be stronger to me. Similarly the horizon in the last shot isn't level. Crooked horizons are one thing that get commented in a lot here on the forum. Hope this helps.

I emphasize again though how much I like the 2nd shot. I think it is great the way the colours and lines work in the photo. The deer is nice and sharp and looking straight at you.

Cool then - I'd lighten the 3 bird shot to bring out additional highlight and shadow detail.
Along with the horizon straightening, some of these are too centered for my eye. Classic rule of thirds compositional framing would improve these imo. Just in case you'd like to hear more, recorded a podcast (http://www.photography.ca/blog/?p=52) on this a few years ago.
Hope that may help.
