Took my D5100 to an area I didn't want too high ISO. It does fine at Iso of 640 and under but the conditions today called for Iso of 1000 :fingerscr heres the result still alot of noise

Hypnosis? Some kind of dart with paralyzing venom? Maybe it's stuffed! :D I have always wanted to capture on of these birds but they always blast off just as I push the shutter release. This is a fine capture :thumbup:

Nothing wrong with that at all RB. As Michael said, anyone who has tried too shoot one of these without a blind set-up would be extremely happy to get anything remotely as good as this.

I kinda have a natural blind trees taller than me behind me and shorter ones in front they spook when i first get there then after about an hour they return to this perch or one on the other side of the pond
