I ordered a 12x36 print of my pano from LSU Tiger Stadium.

The price was the best thing. This 12x36 was $49 shipped and was delivered in exactly one week.

The first thing I notice is there is a crease in the canvas, top center. I emailed them ASAP, so that is pending

Over all, the print quality is very nice. The canvas is rock solid, zero bounce. It comes already backed and ready to hang.
Three of the four corners are amazingly tight, but one is kind of gimped up.

Over all, not including the crease, I think the product is very nice, I say this is a 8.5 out of 10.

I will let y'all know how they deal with me on the crease.

They have already contacted me back about the crease, wanting to see a picture of it, so that is a good sign.

They have contacted me back and are sending me a replacement. I don't even need to send this one back!!!

Everyone makes mistakes... it's what they do about them that counts quite often.

My replacement canvas came today. It is perfect!!! So, in a 14 day period, I ordered a canvas, received a damaged canvas, and a perfect replacement canvas with no troubles on my part. This is faster than most in trying to get the first canvas (and probably not as good of a quality).

Good to know. The best advertising is word of mouth (or in this case word of posts)
